Terms
Payment is required with order by credit card, if you do not want to give credit card details over the internet, please e-mail the order and we will contact you by phone for the card details.

We can only ship orders to UK addresses.

All prices shown are in pounds sterling and include VAT @ 17.5%.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us within 14 days to arrange return. The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging in a resalable condition. Postage will only be refunded for damaged goods.  Unfortunately, due to hygeine reasons, we are unable to accept returns of necklace and earring sets unless deemed faulty.

If a product is damaged or defective please contact us immediately to arrange return and no later than 14 days.

We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days.

All goods will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery.

Postage and Packaging will be £2.00 per order, there is no minimum order.
